Women's
A great workout while learning real self-defense skills in our Mixed Martial Arts classes for Women Only. The curriculum is the same as our normal MMA classes, except in the women's classes you will only be training with other women. No male students allowed. The normal MMA classes (and all of our other classes) are also available to you at no extra charge if you ever choose to attend them. The Women's MMA classes include Complete Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self-Defense & Fitness training. Nearly all real self-defense situations involve grappling (grabbing-holding) and ground fighting. The problem is that nearly all martial art programs do not offer complete and effective training in these areas. Our Women's MMA program will give you complete self-defense skills in all 4 areas of reality based fighting (Standing Strikes, Standing Grappling, Ground Strikes, Ground Grappling). The class is designed for women of ALL FITNESS AND SKILL LEVELS, from first time beginner, to advanced levels. Women's MMA Schedule

If you are interested in taking one or more classes at the Warrior's Cove, we suggest you visit during the class you are interested in. We have a seating area for visitors. You may stop by as many times as you like to watch classes. You may also participate in one free class in each program that we offer. You will find both our instructors and the other members to be friendly, informative, and supportive.
