Rodrigo Vaghi (3rd from the right in white uniform) ran an outstanding seminar, covering numerous details of basic techniques, and also teaching new techniques we have never seen before! The seminar was hosted by Area Representative, David Arnebeck. Rodrigo continues to prove his expertise as an instructor through the numerous tournament wins of his students in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and No-holds-barred tournaments all over the United States and Brazil! Thank you to the following members who supported this event: Natalie Berglund, Nyantu Bolo, Randy Bourget, Jerome Cheatham, Jason Erickson, Babatunde Fabunmi, Paul Jahn, Trinity McDaniel, Bill Moser, Paul Petushin, Paul Tisl, and Aaron Vandergiessen! If you are interested in taking one or more classes at the Warrior's Cove, we suggest you visit during the class you are interested in. We have a seating area for visitors. You may stop by as many times as you like to watch classes. You may also participate in one free class in each program that we offer. You will find both our instructors and the other members to be friendly, informative, and supportive.
